Position Summary:

This job is a split position which assists the Rehab Services Insurance Authorization Coordinator with verifying treatment and referral authorization requests, member plan eligibility, research requests, handling complex provider inquiries, and providing analysis of denial of claims. The position also assists the Reimbursement Support Specialist with maintaining/creating/improving workbooks, templates, processes and running data checks.

Education/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of and proficiency in the use of general office equipment
• Ability to use Microsoft Suite of programs, including Word & Excel

Shifts and Wages:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shift Needed: Days
• Wage: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
