CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Norwood, MA. We’re seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers who can provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes. Long-hour shifts are available for caregivers seeking consistent work.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individualized care plans and client routines

• Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
