Serve as a proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities, pushes forward EHS initiatives, and drives implementation of programs to achieve zero-incident goals, regulatory excellence, and operational efficiency. Develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide EHS policies, programs, and procedures aligned with federal (OSHA, EPA, DOT, USCG), state (TCEQ), and local regulations, particularly for hazardous materials transportation, fuel storage, emissions, spill prevention, and waste management. Conduct and oversee regular site inspections, facility audits, vehicle inspections, environmental compliance checks, safety assessments at terminals, field locations, and fleet operations. Experience conducting field inspections, incident reviews, root cause analysis, training delivery, and regulatory interactions. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills for managing training, inspections, audits, incidents, and compliance records.
