Royal Switchgear (a MacLean Power Systems Company) is looking for a hands-on, move-fast, get-it-done kind of teammate! If you like staying active, working with equipment, and being a key part of keeping operations running smoothlythis role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment like a pro
• Pulling, staging, and prepping materials for production and shipping
• Keeping everything labeled, organized, and right where it belongs
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Tracking inventory and spotting anything that doesn't look right
• Loading and unloading trucks to keep things moving
• Supporting deliveries and keeping schedules on track

What You Bring to the Team

• High school diploma or GED
• 13 years of warehouse or material handling experience
• Valid driver's license + forklift certification
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset
