This position is responsible for providing general administrative support to Managers and their staff of at least 40-45 employees. The Production Assistant will manage their calendars, meeting and travel schedule and associated arrangements, expense and time reporting, and other responsibilities to relieve the Managers and their staff of administrative details and allow them to concentrate on other business activities. The Administrator is expected to demonstrate poise, initiative, trustworthiness, timeliness, precision, and adherence to confidentiality at all times.

This position will also be required to support operations in the following capacities, including but not limited to:

• Shop Order Management (closeouts, etc.)
• Label/ABL Prep
• Technical Data Package Support
• ROM support (RMA/Production)
• Sell off Support

This position is fully on-site, and we are not offering a relocation package at this time.

Salary Note This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range USD $27.74 - USD $29.76 /Hr.
