Manufacturing IT Support EngineerLocation: Lansdale, PAMust Have Technical/Functional SkillsInteraction with team members for knowledge sharing, knowledge transition and issue resolutionStakeholder management, share regular updates and assist in preparing operational reportsTriaging of issues and coordination with cross functional teams for timely resolutionFollow service management processes (e.g. Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem etc.)Maintaining agreed SLA levels and assuring Quality of delivery at all timesGood experience as a.Net developerGood Experience in.Net Core and.Net Framework, ASP.Net, VB.NetGood Experience on any SCADA platformsStrong experience in database technologies of SQL, Oracle.Interaction with SME’s on functional issuesCoordinate communications between suppliers, OEM, and business stakeholders for their particular areaTracks and report progress to stakeholdersWorking experience in “ServiceNow” and knowledge on Incident, Problem, Change, SLM and Knowledge Management processesWorking with Manufacturing Customer will be an added advantageRoles & ResponsibilitiesDay to day incident monitoring and resolution (Service Now preferred)Interaction with client (IT & Business users) on functional issuesTriaging of issues and coordination with cross functional teams for timely resolutionFollow service management processes (e.g. Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem etc. United IT
