Subcontracts Administrator

Job Description Apply your expertise to advance the mission and optimize our business strategy as a Subcontracts Administrator at GDIT. At GDIT, people are our differentiator and the work depends on a Subcontracts Administrator to provide support and subject‑matter expertise related to the subcontract life‑cycle, including Non‑Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiation, Purchase Orders, and Closeout. Responsibilities Develop and administer subcontracts and other agreements of intermediate value and risk in accordance with client requirements and GDIT policies and procedures. Create subcontract solicitations. Support proposal efforts. Negotiate price/cost and subcontract or other agreement provisions, including conducting Fair and Reasonable determinations and completing Price Analyses. Review and route subcontract invoices for stakeholder review, approval, and payment. Compile reports for Subcontracts and/or Project Management. Work with other program and functional area staff. Ensure compliance with company policy, regulation, and performance parameters. Participate in and/or manage special projects as required. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience: 2+ years of related experience within Subcontracts Administration, Contracts Administration, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain. Required Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and SharePoint. Required Skills and Abilities: Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned subcontracts, including FAR, DFAR, and CAS. Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in subcontract administration. Location: Hybrid position working at GDIT facility in Herndon, VA. Requires onsite work 3 days a week and travel to meetings as requested. US Persons required. Compensation The likely salary range for this position is $70,658 - $76,999. Compensation will be based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
