Role: Surgical / OR Tech III Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms and ensure proper instrumentation for complex procedures. Maintain strict sterile technique to support safe surgeries. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers to anticipate needs. Assist with patient positioning, counts, and specimen handling. Support efficient surgical workflows in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Experience in surgical technology or operating room support. Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
