Job Type: Full-Time Days Schedule: 3x12, Days (7a-7p), Rotating Weekends Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for well-qualified applicants Position Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac How You'll Contribute Provides plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Documents patient care delivered. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to care team, physicians, patients, and families. Assists patients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharge, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support. Evalues learning needs of patient and family and provides appropriate education. Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients. Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred. Basic Life Support required. ACLS, PALS, and Handle‑with‑Care preferred, must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
