Senior Construction Project Accountant - Hybrid (Yardi)

Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to support construction and development project financials from the owner's side in a hybrid Los Angeles/Costa Mesa setting. You will manage project setup in Yardi, budgets, pay apps, CIP reporting, and month-end closes, partnering with Asset Management and AP to ensure accurate, auditable records across the project lifecycle.
