People Analytics Data Scientist - Workday
Gravity Engineering Services Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to predict employee engagement, turnover, and performance metrics. Extract, clean, and transform large HR datasets using SQL and Python, ensuring data quality and integrity. Create interactive visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/AWS QuickSight to communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define analytical requirements and translate business questions into data solutions. Document methodologies, maintain reproducible pipelines, and share best practices across the analytics organization. Requirements BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 3+ years of data science experience. Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation. Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker) and data visualization tools. Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
