Location: West Palm Beach, FL 
Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule : 9:30 am to 7 pm, Friday to Tuesday
Salary Range: 50k to 55k

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a bilingual Case Worker Manager fluent in English and Spanish to oversee a team of caseworkers who conduct in-home visits and checks through a federally funded program.

The ideal candidate is an organized, supportive leader who can manage staffing needs, guide caseworkers, and build trusting relationships with Spanish-speaking individuals and families in the Latino community. This role requires cultural awareness, sound judgment, and a commitment to respectful, high-quality service.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, coach, and support caseworkers conducting in-home visits.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, caseload assignments, and visit coverage to meet program requirements.
• Support recruitment, on-boarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor the timeliness and quality of home visits, case documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure team practices align with federal program requirements, organizational policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Communicate with participants and families in English and Spanish, explaining program processes clearly and respectfully.
• Help staff address service barriers, resolve concerns, and escalate safety or other urgent issues through established procedures.
• Build relationships with community organizations and resources serving Latino communities.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and prepare reports for program leadership.
• Promote staff safety, professional boundaries, and culturally responsive service during home visits.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Expertise in Microsoft; Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with Adobe.
• Experience supervising staff, coordinating staffing, or managing a casework or community services team.
• Experience in social services, case management, community outreach, or a related field.
• Strong scheduling, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work respectfully with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain accurate records.
• Willingness to travel locally or accompany staff on home visits as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in social work, human services, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s – In a related field, not required but preferred. Relevant experience can replace degree reference.
• Experience working within a federally funded program.
• Experience overseeing home-based services or field staff.
• Familiarity with community resources serving Spanish-speaking individuals and families.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive service practices.
