We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Appointment Scheduler.Job Summary: As a Medical Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling appointments for patients at the healthcare facility. You will work closely with healthcare providers and patients to ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently and accurately.Key Responsibilities:Scheduling outbound medical appointments for patientsEngaging with health plan members through outbound callsScheduling In-Home Health Evaluations, and answering member questionsArrange and coordinate the scheduling of the evaluationsAnswer member questions and provide supportAdditional Details: Outbound calls will be made using a cloud-based calling software system.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in a medical office or scheduling role preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification is a plusProficient in computer skills and experience using scheduling softwareAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelinesFor immediate consideration, please email View email address on click.appcast.io.
