If you’re comfortable with computers, enjoy keeping things organized, and can pick up new processes quickly, this could be a great fit!You’ll be joining a friendly, close-knit office where teamwork matters, questions are welcome, and a good sense of humor is always appreciated.What You'll Be DoingTurn paper into digital: Scan, upload, rename, and organize employee files so everything is easy to find.Get organized: Sort and prepare employee benefits documents for upcoming system updates.Keep spreadsheets in shape: Enter information, update tracking sheets, and work with Microsoft Excel.Help with HR paperwork: Process forms and documentation related to employee leave and state compliance requirements.Keep communication flowing: Monitor the HR inbox, respond to routine questions, and direct more complex requests to the appropriate person.Pitch in where needed: Support daily administrative tasks and special projects as they come up.What Makes You a Great Fit?We're looking for someone who:Is organized, dependable, and has a sharp eye for detail.Learns new systems and processes quickly.Is comfortable scanning, uploading, and managing digital documents.Has experience with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive.Can navigate Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.Communicates professionally and works well with others.Understands the importance of keeping sensitive employee information confidential.Brings a positive, easygoing attitude and can stay focused while working through repetitive tasks.Bonus points: Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other HR software.A Little About the WorkplaceYou'll work directly with a Senior HR Generalist in a shared office within a small, friendly workplace.
