Location Austin, TX Employment Type Full Time Department Talent Acquisition Salary Top of market salary + equity What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and other hard-to-fill roles: source, screen, interview, and close candidates across engineering, engineering management, data science, finance and marketing. Build and maintain strong pipelines of high-caliber technical talent through outbound sourcing, networking, and creative outreach strategies. Partner deeply with engineering and other leaders to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes. Optimize technical recruiting channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche communities, job boards) to maximize candidate quality. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience tailored to technical talent from first touch through offer. Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in recruiting efficiency, funnel conversion, and time-to-fill. What We’re Looking For Proven experience: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (engineering, data science, or similar). Technical fluency: ability to understand and discuss technical roles, skill sets, and hiring needs with engineers, data scientists, and other technical stakeholders. Strong sourcing skills: demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles. Relationship builder: able to build trust quickly with both candidates and technical hiring managers. Detail‑oriented: high standards for candidate experience, organization, and follow‑through. Data‑driven & tech‑savvy: comfortable using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and analytics to improve outcomes. Self‑starter: operates with urgency, ownership, and minimal oversight.
