The Customer Service Representative (CSR), reporting to the General Manager, plays a vital role in ensuring outstanding service for customers and supporting the sales team. The CSR is responsible for processing and scheduling orders, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to deliver top-notch customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, order status, and pricing
• Manage email communications related to quotas, sales orders, and general inquiries
• Submit orders for production, coordinating with internal departments and third-party vendors as needed
• Proactively identify and address customer issues in collaboration with the sales team and General Manager
• Collaborate with the sales team to plan and prepare for upcoming orders
• Perform mail sorting, filing, data entry, and other general office tasks
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor or General Manager

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and foster customer loyalty
• Strong active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
• Capacity to multitask and manage various communication channels (email, phone, in-person) efficiently
• Ability to engage customers in meaningful interactions that reflect a high level of service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20
• Able to work for extended periods sitting or standing at a workstation
• Job tasks are performed in a close physical proximity to other people
