Junior HR Specialist

Responsibilities: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes Running employee surveys and gathering feedback Welcoming new hires and help them integrate into the team Coordinating laptop and equipment distribution Sending gifts for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions Organizing greetings for holidays, birthdays, and work anniversaries Managing internal communication channels (MS Teams chats, internal news) Keeping our internal knowledge base up to date and easy to use Taking care of office-related tasks (e.g., ordering access badges, tracking corporate merchandise) Helping organize offline team-building events Requirements: A genuine interest in HR and team culture Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Basic proficiency in Excel(working with tables, filters, formatting, basic formulas) Based in Kyiv and available to visit the office a few times a month Experience in HR will be an advantage We Offer: Mentorship & Growth:Learn directly from experienced HR professionals and grow your skills through real projects.
