You'll visit homes or businesses to assess current systems, recommend upgrades, and offer energy-efficient solutions. Using your expertise, you'll prepare customized proposals, explain financing options, and guide clients from consultation to installation. You'll collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless process, follow up with customers to provide exceptional post-sale support and track your progress to meet (or exceed) your sales goals.THE REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR - SALES REP2+ years of proven experience in HVAC or home improvement salesStrong understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiencyExcellent communication and sales skillsValid driver's license and a good driving recordPreferred Qualifications:HVAC certification or equivalent technical knowledgeCollege degree in a related fieldWORK SCHEDULEThis is a full-time position based in Denver, CO, with a mix of field, office, and home-based work.
