83; Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm 83; Required Cases: Bread and butter. OB is required 83; Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner 83; Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: Independent 83; Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks 83; License required or willing to license: Active Kentucky state license required
