# Registered Nurse- Full Time Days### Category:Nursing - Med Surg### Department:Nursing - Med Surg### Description:**Full Time Day Shift Position!**We are seeking a Full Time Day Shift Registered Nurses to join our Medical/Surgical team. This role provides flexible scheduling while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in patient care. Our nurses are a vital part of our mission to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare to our community.### SummaryThe Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical unit by assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.### Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans* Monitor patient condition and report changes to the physician and care team* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies* Provide patient and family education regarding care, treatment, and discharge instructions* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record* Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards* Respond effectively in emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions### Qualifications* Current license in the State of Kansas (or compact license)* BLS certification required* Previous Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred* Strong communication and critical thinking skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentEOE### Posted:Wednesday, March 18, 2026### Closing:Open until filled
