Project Coordinator

Position Summary The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of custom engineered‑to‑order projects from order receipt through design, manufacturing, and delivery. This role serves as a key liaison between Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and customers to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with customer requirements. The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, tracking, documenting, and communicating project progress while helping to identify and resolve potential risks or delays. This is a full‑time, in‑office position based in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. Candidates must either reside locally or be willing to relocate at their own expense. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination Assist Project Managers in planning and coordinating custom engineered‑to‑order projects. Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate cross‑functional activities between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Sales. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained. Track project deliverables and ensure adherence to contractual and internal deadlines. Manage and coordinate small scale projects when required. Communication and Collaboration Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams regarding project status and updates. Facilitate regular project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to Project Managers and stakeholders. Assist in coordinating customer communications, submittals, and deliverables. Project Tracking and Reporting Monitor project progress and update project management systems.
