Job Overview OB CRNA Opportunity at Banner University Medical Center (VAC) with Envision Physician Services in Phoenix, AZ. Key Responsibilities Placement and management of neuraxial blocks (epidural and spinal). US-guided peripheral blocks (TAP) when indicated. Collaborate with the in‑house anesthesia team to share workload. Schedule & Coverage Full‑time or part‑time options available ranging from 120‑146 annual shifts (average 10‑12 shifts per month). 12‑ or 24‑hour shifts Monday‑Sunday. Flexible shift structure. On‑call required – nights, weekends, holidays in‑house coverage. Opportunities to pick up MOR shifts for additional pay. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary starting at $250,000‑$300,000.
