Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray

Overview ROLE: Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other places. Responsibilities Take and process X-Ray images using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) machines, and send them to a Radiologist for review. Bring portable X-Ray equipment into facilities to do exams that doctors request. You need to take clear and helpful X-Ray images. Perform EKG tests if needed, and send them to a Cardiologist for review. Scan paperwork related to exams and billing every day, following set guidelines. Keep in touch with dispatch and management regularly. Communicate clearly and act professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and clients. Take care of the vehicle and X-Ray equipment. Keep the necessary state licenses and/or ARRT Certification, as well as health requirements. Have a valid driver’s license for the state you work in, and keep it in good standing at all times.
