Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field for cardiovascular surgeries.
• Assist surgeons during open vascular, endovascular, and hybrid cardiovascular procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Provide on-call support as required post shift and for weekend calls.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately in the Meditech charting system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years CVOR experience preferred, may screen candidates with 3+ years.
• Current ACLS and BCLS certifications required.
• Proficiency with Meditech and Epic charting systems.
• Ability to perform a variety of cardiovascular procedures efficiently.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a clinical setting.
