Community Manager

Position Description Currently, we are seeking a Community Manager to join the Foundry Commercial team in Nashville, TN. The Community Manager is the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for our associates in the Foundry Nashville office. This role will be the connector and individual who interfaces with clients and guests, providing an exceptional experience. The Community Manager will be an integral part of running and managing the day-to-day office needs of our office. This individual will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the Foundry culture and managing the operations of our Nashville office. Success Attributes No associate request is too big or too small for you to handle You are comfortable with meeting challenges through creative brainstorming and action You are energized by people and work well in a collaborative team environment You can identify opportunities to improve efficiency Your attention to detail is something people rave about You are resilient You know professional growth only comes from embracing challenging and unpredictable days You are willing to get your hands dirty one minute and think big picture the next You enjoy being a tour guide within and outside of the office Essential Job Functions Provide an outstanding experience to both internal and external customers and act as a cultural steward to enhance the Foundry office and brand Maintain the reception area ensuring a professional image through both phone and in-person contact with associates and guests Identify and resolve associate and guest issues with friendliness and patience Partner with Nashville office leadership to achieve business objectives and local initiatives in the areas of Facilities, Accounting, Human Capital, and Marketing Work with event teams in office to plan and coordinate engaging associate events Recommend and implement office standards and procedures to create efficiency and experience Be responsible for creating and dispersing office-wide associate communications Oversee the purchase and management of office supplies, furniture, and office equipment Complete a variety of administrative tasks for the Nashville leadership team including completing expense reports and arranging travel plans Process and submit leasing transactions Supervise vendor relationships for the maintenance of office, technology, and other equipment Be responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building and security access, etc.) Liaise with the building property management team for office operations and maintenance Education and Experience Requested Minimum of High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of work experience in Sales, Hospitality, Customer Service or Business Operations Professional demeanor who is a team player and has passion for delighting customers Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of their work High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move quickly and get things done Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Basic knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator or Canva a plus Business and financial acumen to understand/provide context for decisions; ability to influence and challenge decisions as appropriate Equal Opportunity Employer Foundry Commercial is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
