Data Platform Engineer

Technical Product Owner Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a Technical Product Documentation Analyst with strong technical writing and Agile Product Owner experience to support enterprise application and platform initiatives. This role will focus on developing high-quality technical documentation, supporting Agile delivery processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve product usability and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation including user guides, job aids, FAQs, API documentation, and knowledge base content
• Manage documentation repositories within Confluence and SharePoint
• Partner with Product Owners, engineers, developers, and program teams to gather requirements and ensure technical accuracy
• Support Agile delivery activities including user story creation, backlog refinement, and PI planning
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation
• Maintain documentation governance, consistency, and content reuse standards
• Manage multiple documentation and delivery initiatives within fast-paced environments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical writing, product support, or project delivery
• 2+ years of Product Owner experience within Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong technical communication and documentation skills
• Experience supporting complex technical systems, APIs, or developer-facing platforms
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments
• Experience supporting engineering platforms or developer tools
• Certifications such as CSPO, Scrum, PMP, or related SDLC certifications
