WHAT WE OFFER $24–$29 per hour 20 hours per week Monday–Friday, 4PM– 8PM Bonus Opportunities Generous PTO Career Advancement Opportunities Supportive clinical and administrative team Opportunities for professional growth and development YOUR ROLE As an RBT with Beyond Core Therapy, you will: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and accurately document data on client progress Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required: Active RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (if applicable) Valid CPR & First Aid certification Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus — but we're also interested in RBTs who are motivated to learn and grow!
