Looking for a Security Awareness Specialist to help build, manage, and grow an enterprise security awareness and phishing training program. The role will work with KnowBe4, Entra, HR, and SOC teams, with a strong focus on phishing campaigns, metrics/KPIs, reporting, and engaging employee training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the security awareness and training program, including phishing simulations and foundational security training.
• Administer KnowBe4 and potentially support a future transition to Hoxhunt.
• Track phishing results, repeat offenders, training completion, and other security awareness metrics/KPIs.
• Create groups through Microsoft Entra and coordinate training initiatives with HR.
• Assign additional training to users who repeatedly fail phishing simulations.
