Job Description
You will assist in examining, placement, and staffing activities by screening resumes and providing information to the public, and provide support to the Veterans Employment, Professional Recruiting, and/or other Miscellaneous Employment programs.
You will be responsible for ensuring proper procedures were followed in making job offers or assisting with recruit packages.
You will properly use Onboarding Manager and accurately identify required forms to bring new hires aboard in a timely and effective manner and work with OCHR-NE staff to resolve issues and answer questions involving various personnel actions.
You will Utilizes computer programs, such as DCPDS, Onboarding Manager, E-Verify, Civilian Workflow Automation tool, and Talent Acquisition Portal to assist with HR functions.
You will implement customer support for site visit travel i.e. visit request/coordination, order preparation, itinerary, voucher processing, amendments.
You will assist the HR Specialist in site briefs for potential candidates.
