Description Doctors of Physical Therapy is looking for a Part-Time Patient Care Technician - Physical Therapy . This is a great role for a student looking for health care experience. This position is for our Melrose Park location. Schedule: Availability Monday and Wednesday Morning hours from 7-11; potential for additional hours
Under the close supervision of a Physical Therapist, Technicians are responsible for assisting the therapist with patient care or patient related needs. Light clerical duties required including but not limited to: Scheduling, collecting co-pays, scanning and new patient registration, maintaining overall clinic cleanliness, and preparing treatment areas. Skills and Specifications:

- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Anatomy

- Ability to prioritize important tasks is necessary.
- Maintaining pleasant and professional relationships with patients

- Ability to comply with Doctors of Physical Therapy Standards of Operation
