This position requires someone who enjoys renovation and remodeling, has an eye for detail and is comfortable using carpentry tools, paint guns, etc. You will be working in customers' homes, so it is important that you have good customer skills, present yourself professionally, and represent N-Hance Wood Refinishing of Northwest Indianapolis well. This position requires that you pass a background check, a drug test and have a valid driver's license.

N-Hance is an innovative and affordable cabinet and floor renewal service that renews wood cabinets and floors without the dust, inconvenience and noxious fumes associated with traditional refinishing methods.

• We are currently looking for self-motivated individuals who are capable of learning our process and have a passion for delivering high quality service to our customers. Successful candidates will take pride of ownership of the finished product and be able to work effectively in a small team environment (1-3 person crews).
• N-Hance technicians primarily work on cabinets. Our cabinet renewal process eliminates most sanding, we can either restore the original look or make a color change, including painted looks.
• The position is full-time and occasional overtime hours are needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay starts at $21/hour, depending on experience, we can negotiate.

Responsibilities include but are NOT limited to:

• Cleaning & Preparing Wood Surfaces, including taping and masking off areas
• Color and/or Paint & Finish Cabinetry, about 80% of our work is changing the color of cabinets
• General Job Site & small tool maintenance and cleaning

Qualifications:

• Experience in one or more of the responsibilities above is preferred.
• You must have high standards on completed product and a commitment to do it right the first time.
• You must be able to lift 50+ pound tools.
• Required Education - high school or equivalent
• You need to have outstanding customer service skills
• Access to reliable automobile, smartphone, and valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• You should be hard working and available for overtime
• Finally, you must pass criminal background and DMV License checks
