Colorado Licensed Scheduler

To support patient scheduling needs, the full-time Colorado Licensed Scheduler will manage phone calls and fax requests to schedule outpatient tests, complete pre-registration for patients, and ensure valid provider orders are obtained while working remotely from the Denver Metro area. Key responsibilities Receive and process scheduling requests for outpatient tests via phone and fax Complete pre-registration for scheduled patients and verify provider orders Maintain knowledge of insurance payors and ensure quality patient care Required qualifications 1 year of Radiology Scheduling or Patient Access experience preferred Knowledge of insurance payors, including commercial, government, and third-party High School Diploma or GED required Experience in a healthcare environment with medical terminology knowledge Ability to work independently in a remote setting
