CDL-A Lease Operator Overview
- Revenue that rewards your business. Earn 75% of line haul revenue, with top lease take-home pay ranging from $130,000-$150,000 per year, plus 50CPM on deadhead miles.*
- Modern trucks built to perform. Run 2023 or newer Kenworth models, giving you reliable, up-to-date equipment for the road ahead.
- A lease built around you. Start with no money down and no credit check required, with your first two truck payments delayed to help you get rolling. Weekly truck payments range $625-$775 based on truck year,* with no interest or mileage penalties, and the option to purchase at fair market value or start a new lease at your term's end.
- Home time you can count on. Home every 2-3 weeks with planned resets you can count on.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Weekly truck payments do not include fixed expenses. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.

Driver Requirements
- CDL-A
- OTR Dry Van: 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
- OTR Refrigerated: 6-12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
- OTR Refrigerated: Refrigerated experience preferred
- Safe driving record
