We are seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for an Associate Medical Director, Primary Care opportunity in Brooklyn, New York. This position combines direct patient care with clinical leadership, supporting quality improvement, provider development, and coordinated care for a diverse community.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Support the Medical Director in overseeing clinical care and day-to-day practice operations.
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers, promoting collaboration and clinical excellence.
• Help advance patient safety, quality improvement, population health, and care coordination initiatives.
• Participate in teaching and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for medical licensure in New York.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills.
• Prior leadership, mentorship, or quality improvement experience preferred.
• Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations.
