Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and developmental conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve mobility
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care techniques
Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
New graduates welcome to apply; prior clinical experience in a hospital setting is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric therapy techniques
Skill in developing and implementing treatment plans
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Ability to perform physical assessments and gait training
Compassion and patience when working with patients and families
