Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Unit Manager to join our dynamic team at Concord Care Center of Toledo. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, including staffing, scheduling, and policy implementation
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in partnership with our interdisciplinary team
• Coordinate with our marketing and admissions team to ensure seamless transitions for new residents
• Monitor and improve quality of care, adhering to federal and state regulations
• Supervise and mentor our staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
• Collaborate with our medical professionals and support staff to ensure excellent patient care

Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN nursing license in the state of Ohio
• Certificate in nursing or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on patient-centered care

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
