Join Our Team as a CDS Support Advisor in San Antonio!
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour

As a CDS Support Advisor , you’ll be the go-to person for clients and their families—helping them navigate their budgets, answering questions with empathy, and ensuring services run smoothly. You’ll be part of a team that values your voice, supports your growth, and celebrates your contributions.

️ What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable contact for clients, attendants, and case managers
• Monitor payroll and budget utilization to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and update client records, including discharges and transfers
• Assist in creating and adjusting annual budgets and pay rates
• Track expenses and proactively communicate budget concerns
• Organize and manage documentation for compliance
• Respond to client inquiries with care and professionalism
• Follow all applicable regulations and internal policies
• Pitch in with additional tasks to support the team

Who You Are:

• A self-starter who thrives independently and works well with others
• Exceptionally organized with strong time management skills
• A compassionate communicator with active listening abilities
• Comfortable working with diverse communities
• Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required (some college is a bonus!)
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred
• 1–2 years in customer service or clerical roles
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel (skills testing required)
• Able to type 35 WPM with 80% accuracy
• Willing to learn agency-specific software

️‍♀️ Physical Requirements:

• Able to work 40 hours/week
• Comfortable sitting for long periods and writing for up to 3 hours/day
• Capable of reaching, typing, and communicating clearly
• Normal vision, hearing, and mobility
