Facility Attendant, Customer Service

Responsibilities Answer questions and advise customers in selecting building materials and supplies. Cut lumber and related materials to the sizes requested by customers. Assist customers in loading purchased materials into their vehicles. Mark prices on merchandise or price stickers according to pricing guides. Straighten materials on display to maintain safe and orderly conditions in sales areas. Cover exposed materials, when required, to prevent weather damage. Count materials and record totals on inventory sheets. Other Responsibilities Participate in special projects as necessary. Qualifications Entry-level position; heavier lifting required. Knowledge of building materials helpful. Bilingual skills are a plus. Availability to work weekends. Compensation Expected salary range: $17.00 - $20.00 (CT transparency). Compensation based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
