Responsibilities Help families all over the state of Utah be educated about their insurance coverage. Provide excellent customer service to our current clients and continue to strengthen their coverage. Help families when the unexpected happens and accidents and hole claims occur. Help prospective clients join our agency Make outgoing phone calls to prospective clients. Work as a team with our amazing staff to accomplish goals and maximize your income potential. Build relationships with mortgage lenders, real estate agents, and car dealerships. Field incoming phone calls and help resolve questions, take payments, help protect clients. Qualifications Communicate clearly with confidence. Ability to work in fast paced environment be driven and self-starter. Be able to be on time and stay late if clients' situations arise that call for it. Be confident and open to learning and growth. No insurance experience required People person Caring and kind Patient and understanding Goal oriented Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred We want someone who has a strong work ethic.
