About the Position As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, self‑care, and functional challenges. You will collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team of Speech‑Language Pathologists and Physical Therapists to help children reach their fullest potential. Schedule and Caseload Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available. Clinic‑based pediatric setting. Children ages birth through 18 years. Full‑time caseload averages approximately 28–32 clients per week. One‑hour appointment blocks with 53‑minute treatment sessions. Built‑in documentation and planning time throughout the workday. Administrative support for scheduling, authorizations, and billing. Occupational Therapist Responsibilities Perform Occupational Therapy evaluations and assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals. Provide evidence‑based Occupational Therapy interventions. Educate and coach parents and caregivers. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and community providers. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination. Occupational Therapist Qualifications Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Passion for pediatric therapy and family‑centered care.
