Key Responsibilities Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including dissolution, custody, and support matters Prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, and participate in trials and alternative dispute resolution Communicate with clients frequently and compassionately to ensure understanding and trust Collaborate with paralegals and fellow attorneys to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistent client experience Contribute to process improvement, mentorship, and firmwide collaboration Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly Professionalism and emotional intelligence in client interactions Team-oriented mindset and commitment to supporting others Strong organizational and time-management skills Alignment with KH Law’s values and dedication to client success Education & Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience, with a strong background in family law and courtroom advocacy Flexibility: Flextime available when needed Insurance: Health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement: 401(k) with employer matching Professional Growth: Continuing education support and development assistance Why Join Us?
