Service Advisor / Service Writer

Premier Automotive Specialists – Ooltewah, TN

Premier Automotive Specialists is a high-performing, customer-focused automotive repair facility seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and want to be part of a drama-free, production-driven shop—this is the opportunity for you.

About the Shop

Established, high-volume shop generating $500K–$650K monthly revenue
Strong performance metrics
Collaborative, team-oriented culture with a focus on efficiency and customer experience
Open to candidates from both independent and dealership backgrounds

Compensation & Earning Potential

Competitive Base Salary + Commission; based on monthly GP percentage
Total Compensation: 6 Figure plus potential

Schedule

Monday – Friday, half-crew Saturday rotation (team-balanced approach)

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and build strong, long-term relationships
Write accurate repair orders and communicate recommended services clearly
Present estimates and close sales with confidence and integrity
Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
Maintain high ARO and production standards
Deliver exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer
Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple vehicles and clients simultaneously
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team-oriented attitude with a high level of accountability
Dealership or high-volume shop experience is a plus
