What You'll Do
As a Crew Member, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every guest by:
- Preparing fresh, high-quality menu items according to company standards
- Delivering friendly, fast, and memorable customer service
- Creating a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
- Working alongside your teammates to provide an outstanding guest experience
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality during busy meal periods
- Learning multiple positions throughout the restaurant
- Supporting your team while bringing positive energy to every shift
