New Patterns ABA - CT is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Rye, NY. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional ABA therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, in collaboration with the clinical team

• Assess and analyze client behavior using evidence-based methods

• Conduct behavioral skills training and reinforcement strategies to enhance client skills and independence

• Collaborate with caregivers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services

• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize client outcomes

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and best practices

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

• 0 years of experience, with a strong foundation in ABA principles and practices

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients, families, and team members
