Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery/OB ED position requiring AWHONN fetal monitoring and NRP certification on a night shift schedule.

Details

• Work in the OB ED (Labor and Delivery) department of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 7:00pm to 7:00am
• 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or compact license required
• 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Fetal Monitoring certification required - intermediate or advanced AWHONN, or NCCEFM
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced 9th Edition certification required
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of start
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery/OB Emergency Department setting
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for this position
• No local candidates will be considered under any circumstances
