Operations DirectorMayroad is seeking a strategic and experienced Operations Director to lead property operations for a multifamily housing portfolio at the installation level. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development across maintenance, leasing, and resident services.You'll partner closely with internal leadership and military stakeholders to ensure high-quality operations, strong financial results, and an exceptional resident experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, leasing, and resident managementLead and develop high-performing onsite teams, including Maintenance and Leasing leadershipDrive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and operating statement reviewBuild and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, military partners, and stakeholdersLead capital planning (CR&R) and support long-term asset healthManage vendor partnerships, including RFPs and performance accountabilitySupport business growth initiatives, due diligence, and operational strategyEnsure compliance with company policies, contracts, and military requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience managing multi-site property management portfolios3+ years of leadership experience overseeing high-performing teamsStrong financial acumen and operational expertiseExperience with property management systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, etc.)Valid driver's licenseWhat We're Looking ForProven leader who can drive results and develop teamsStrong communicator with the ability to build cross-functional partnershipsStrategic thinker with a data-driven, solutions-focused mindsetExperience in complex, multi-site operations (military housing preferred)Additional InformationThis role is designated as Key & Essential and may require availability during emergenciesTravel up to 25% requiredWhy Join Mayroad?Opportunity to lead large-scale operations with real impactCollaborative leadership environmentMission-driven work supporting military communitiesEqual Opportunity EmployerMayroad is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to protected status.
