About the Role: As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your weekend shifts will be a critical time for our team, ensuring seamless continuity of care and attention to our residents' unique needs.
