Active Respiratory Therapist license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Respiratory Therapist opportunity is now available at a respected short-term acute care facility. In this role, your expertise will directly support patients with critical and diverse respiratory needs on a night shift schedule. Schedule & Shift Details:

• Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00)
• Rotating weekends
• Contract position with guaranteed hours (allowing up to 12 hours call off per two weeks)

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Tennessee Respiratory Therapy license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience required
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• NRP and nursery experience preferred (not required)
• Previous travel experience—first-time travelers not accepted
• Not accepting local candidates within a 50-mile radius
• Pending licenses will not be considered
• Flexibility for case-by-case requested time off

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective respiratory care to a diverse patient population
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement respiratory therapeutic interventions
• Utilize Paragon for electronic charting
• Adhere to facility policies on smoke-free campus, professional appearance, and infection prevention
• No floating outside scope; no on-call required
