Lifecycle Marketing Lead

To build and scale lifecycle marketing initiatives, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Lead will own the strategy and execution of customer communications throughout the entire customer journey, focusing on improving conversion, retention, and customer value. Key Responsibilities Own the lifecycle marketing roadmap, translating company growth priorities into actionable programs Design behavior-led customer journeys using data to segment audiences and trigger communications Develop and implement strategies for trial conversion, renewal, and upsell opportunities to enhance customer value Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related fields Proven track record of building successful lifecycle programs that drive conversion and retention Hands-on experience with automated customer journeys and multi-step campaigns Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation and test design Familiarity with modern lifecycle/CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
