Senior Product Designer Location Full time Location Type Remote Lumos is building an Autonomous Identity Platform that helps companies manage access efficiently. As a Senior Product Designer you will shape the User Access Reviews (UAR) experience, focusing on Agentic UAR powered by AI. You will own end‑to‑end product areas, deliver user value quickly, and collaborate with product managers and engineers. Responsibilities Ship amazing products by owning and championing product areas and delivering user value. Champion customer obsession by conducting user research, gathering insights, and validating design decisions. Shape the future by working with stakeholders to define long‑term vision and product direction. Be a team player and leader, inspire colleagues, refine design processes, and provide constructive feedback. Make a difference by proactively seeking opportunities for impact, using your unique strengths. Qualifications 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or complex problem spaces. Strong design portfolio showcasing thoughtful solutions. Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. T‑shaped designer with breadth and depth in product design. Strategic product mindset that aligns design with business goals. Positive go‑getter attitude, curious and eager to learn.
